This product is certified vegan by the stringent standards of the Italian V-label. The original mix contains anchovy sauce, so it is not a vegan product, but all other ingredients are the same as those used in the vegan-certified product.

The vegan product is less spicy than the original product. The spiciness of the original product can also be adjusted by using less chili powder or adding sugar.

The expiration date is one year. If you divide the product for multiple uses, please seal it well for storage.

The QuicKimchi package is generally made based on 1kg of vegetables. The
amount of kimchi that can be made may vary slightly depending on the volume or size of the vegetables.

QuicKimchi can be stored at room temperature and should be kept between 20-25 degrees Celsius. Refrigeration is also possible.
